Shipping within the UK
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Times

Please note: Bicycles are delivered 85% pre-assembled. Final assembly (pedals, handlebars, front wheel, bell, and saddle) must be completed by the customer. Assembly tools are included in the package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel through the courier's website.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to the following areas may take 1-2 additional days:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
Delivery Partner
We work with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Bicycles are delivered in protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
If you miss three delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note this with the courier and contact us immediately at licorne@tezali.co.uk with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
